STAIRS DILLENBECK FINLEY was formed in 1977 to provide legal representation to individuals and businesses involved in domestic and cross-border transactions and investments. We have extensive practical commercial experience, foreign law capabilities, language skills, and understanding of international and domestic business and finance.
